Anime Characters With Waves - It depends on the anime, of course (those with a cast of characters that aren't superhuman, or who at least aren't massively superhuman, probably are going to have guns actually being useful if when everyone you might be shooting at is blowing up buildings or entire cities with a wave of their hand.
